I design enterprise, healthcare, government and fintech platforms people rely on, from Rwanda's national health insurance platform at RSSB to e-procurement, export financing and digital addresses as an independent consultant. I work end to end: research, flows, high-fidelity UI in Figma, design systems and hands-on developer handoff. I also build working HTML and React prototypes with AI-assisted tools so flows are tested before they are coded.

- Design Kwivuza, the national health insurance platform for the RAMA and CBHI schemes: field research, user flows and high-fidelity Figma screens for facilities, claims and approvals.
- Work in shared Figma component libraries so patient queue, voucher, claims and approval screens stay consistent.
- Prototype enterprise workflows, including a multi-role invoice approval chain (Manager, HoD, CBO) into ERP submission, and review them with stakeholders before build.
- Run UX audits of live flows and hand developers annotated, implementable designs.
